TERMS OF SERVICE

§ 1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Métier LLC ("Métier," "we," "our," or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of:
- workmetier.com
- the Métier mobile applications
- any future Métier software
- Métier Spaces
- Métier Hours
- Métier Commons
- Métier Events
- any services offered through the Métier platform
By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Métier LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company.
§ 2. OUR MISSION
Métier exists to help professionals discover, reserve, and engage with work-friendly environments.
Our platform may include:
- coworking spaces
- private offices
- conference rooms
- meeting rooms
- cafés
- hotels
- event venues
- networking opportunities
- community discussions
- educational events
- professional memberships
- future AI-powered workspace recommendations
Some services are owned and operated by third-party businesses.
Métier generally acts as a technology marketplace connecting users with independent businesses and providers.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Métier is not the owner, operator, manager, landlord, or employer of any workspace listed on the Platform.
Métier LLC operates as a technology platform that connects Users with independent Workspace Partners, participating businesses, Event Hosts, and other third-party service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Métier:
- is not the owner, operator, manager, landlord, lessor, employer, franchisor, or agent of any Workspace Partner or Event Host;
- does not employ Workspace staff;
- does not supervise the day-to-day operations of any Workspace;
- does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, accessibility, suitability, or condition of any Workspace or Event;
- does not inspect every listed location;
- is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or services of Workspace Partners or other third parties.
Each Workspace Partner and Event Host operates independently and is solely responsible for its facilities, employees, operations, pricing, policies, permits, licenses, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
§ 3. DEFINITIONS
For purposes of these Terms:
"Platform"
Means all Métier websites, applications, APIs, software, emails, communications, and related services.
"User"
Any individual or organization accessing the Platform.
"Workspace"
Any location available for reservation through the Platform including but not limited to:
- coworking facilities
- offices
- conference rooms
- meeting rooms
- cafés
- hotels
- event spaces
"Workspace Partner"
A business or property owner offering reservations through Métier.
"Booking"
A reservation submitted through the Platform or facilitated through a Workspace Partner.
"Métier Hours"
The café and local business rewards and discount program offered through participating businesses.
"Métier Commons"
Métier's online professional community including discussion forums, networking features, user profiles, messaging, and future collaboration tools.
"Métier Events"
Professional events, workshops, networking functions, educational programming, conferences, meetups, and related experiences promoted or facilitated through the Platform.
"Content"
Any text, reviews, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, comments, listings, event descriptions, ratings, messages, or other materials uploaded or displayed on the Platform.
§ 4. ELIGIBILITY
To use Métier you represent that:
- you are at least eighteen (18) years old;
- you have legal authority to enter contracts;
- all information you provide is accurate;
- you will maintain accurate account information;
- you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Businesses creating Workspace Partner accounts represent they have authority to bind the organization.
§ 5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Certain services require an account.
You agree to:
- provide truthful information;
- maintain accurate profile information;
- protect your password;
- immediately notify Métier of unauthorized account activity.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
Métier may require identity verification at any time.
Métier may, at its sole discretion, require identity verification before permitting access to certain Platform features, including Workspace reservations, Event registration, payouts, or other services.
Identity verification may include requesting government-issued identification, business documentation, photographs, or utilizing third-party identity verification providers.
Failure to successfully complete requested verification may result in delayed bookings, suspension of account privileges, cancellation of reservations, or permanent account termination.
Métier reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization that cannot be reasonably verified.
§ 6. PLATFORM SERVICES
Métier provides technology that allows users to:
- search for workspaces;
- reserve workspaces;
- discover work-friendly cafés;
- participate in community discussions;
- register for professional events;
- communicate with workspace partners;
- submit reviews;
- receive recommendations;
- participate in future memberships and loyalty programs.
Availability may vary by location.
Not every feature will be available during Beta.
§ 7. BETA PROGRAM
The Platform is currently operating in Beta.
By participating, you acknowledge:
- features may change;
- functionality may be modified;
- services may be interrupted;
- information may contain inaccuracies;
- bugs may exist;
- portions of the Platform may be discontinued without notice.
Your feedback may be used by Métier to improve the Platform.
No compensation is owed for suggestions, recommendations, feature ideas, or feedback voluntarily submitted.
§ 8. NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY
Workspace availability is determined by Workspace Partners.
Métier does not guarantee:
- availability;
- pricing;
- amenities;
- accessibility;
- internet speeds;
- parking;
- staffing;
- cleanliness;
- safety;
- uninterrupted access.
Workspace Partners remain responsible for the spaces they operate.
§ 9. BOOKINGS
When you reserve a workspace you agree to:
- arrive during your reservation window;
- comply with Workspace Partner rules;
- respect other guests;
- use the premises lawfully;
- pay applicable fees;
- leave the workspace in substantially the same condition.
Workspace Partners may establish:
- cancellation deadlines;
- deposits;
- identification requirements;
- occupancy limits;
- security policies;
- house rules.
Those rules become part of your Booking.
§ 10. PAYMENTS
Certain services offered through the Platform require payment.
By submitting a booking, purchasing a membership, registering for an event, or using paid features, you authorize Métier and its third-party payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices displayed on the Platform are established by Workspace Partners, Event Hosts, or Métier, as applicable, and may change at any time before a booking is confirmed.
Once a booking has been confirmed, the price for that booking will not change except where:
- taxes are required by law;
- additional services are selected by the User;
- damage fees are assessed pursuant to applicable Workspace Partner policies;
- adjustments are authorized by the User.
Métier reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, abuse of the Platform, or violation of these Terms.
To protect Users, Workspace Partners, and the integrity of the Platform, Métier reserves the right to investigate any transaction or account activity that appears suspicious or fraudulent.
Métier may, without prior notice:
- suspend or cancel reservations;
- delay payment processing;
- temporarily withhold payouts;
- request additional verification;
- restrict account activity;
- cooperate with financial institutions and law enforcement agencies.
Users agree to cooperate with any reasonable fraud investigation.
§ 11. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Métier utilizes third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to securely process payments.
Métier does not store complete payment card information on its own servers.
By providing payment information, you authorize the payment processor to:
- verify your payment method;
- charge applicable fees;
- process refunds where authorized;
- collect applicable taxes;
- perform fraud prevention activities.
Your use of third-party payment services is also governed by the applicable payment processor's terms and privacy practices.
Métier is not responsible for:
- banking errors;
- payment processor outages;
- declined transactions;
- currency conversion fees;
- card issuer fees.
§ 12. TAXES
Users are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with their purchases unless otherwise stated.
Workspace Partners are solely responsible for:
- sales taxes;
- occupancy taxes;
- business taxes;
- income taxes;
- licensing requirements;
- permits required for operation.
Nothing contained within these Terms shall be interpreted as tax advice.
§ 13. CANCELLATION POLICY
Each Workspace Partner or Event Host may establish its own cancellation policy.
The applicable cancellation policy will be displayed before confirmation of a booking whenever available.
If no cancellation policy is displayed, the following default policy shall apply:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the reservation: full refund.
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the reservation: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the reservation: no refund.
Workspace Partners may approve refunds outside of these guidelines at their sole discretion.
Métier reserves the right to issue refunds when necessary to resolve customer service issues, correct billing errors, or comply with applicable law.
§ 14. NO-SHOWS
Failure to arrive for a confirmed reservation without cancellation constitutes a "No-Show."
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by the Workspace Partner, No-Show reservations are non-refundable.
Repeated No-Shows may result in temporary or permanent suspension of Platform privileges.
§ 15. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users agree to conduct themselves professionally while using the Platform and while visiting any Workspace.
Users agree that they will not:
- violate any law;
- damage property;
- harass employees or other guests;
- disrupt business operations;
- exceed occupancy limits;
- bring prohibited items into a Workspace;
- engage in discriminatory conduct;
- engage in violent, threatening, abusive, or intimidating behavior;
- misuse internet services;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks.
Users are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.
Workspace Partners may seek reimbursement for documented damages consistent with applicable law and their published policies.
Users agree to conduct themselves professionally while utilizing the Platform and while visiting any Workspace or attending any Event.
Users shall not:
- possess illegal drugs;
- possess unlawful weapons;
- threaten or intimidate others;
- discriminate based upon protected characteristics;
- engage in harassment;
- damage property;
- steal or remove property belonging to others;
- record individuals without authorization where prohibited by law;
- engage in disruptive conduct that interferes with Workspace operations.
Workspace Partners reserve the right to remove any individual whose conduct jeopardizes the safety, security, or enjoyment of others.
§ 16. COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Métier seeks to cultivate a respectful and professional community.
Users may not upload, post, transmit, or otherwise distribute Content that:
- is unlawful;
- infringes intellectual property rights;
- contains hate speech;
- promotes violence;
- constitutes harassment;
- contains sexually explicit material;
- promotes illegal activity;
- impersonates another individual or business;
- contains malicious software or harmful code.
Métier reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any Content that it reasonably determines violates these Terms or Community Guidelines.
§ 17. REVIEWS AND RATINGS
Users may submit reviews regarding Workspaces, Events, and participating businesses.
Reviews must reflect the User's genuine experience and must be:
- truthful;
- accurate;
- respectful;
- based on firsthand experience.
Métier reserves the right to remove reviews that:
- are fraudulent;
- contain profanity or abusive language;
- disclose confidential information;
- include personal information about another individual;
- are posted for commercial promotion;
- violate applicable law.
Workspace Partners may respond to reviews through the Platform where functionality permits.
Métier does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of user-submitted reviews.
§ 18. MÉTIER HOURS
Métier Hours is a promotional program offered in partnership with participating cafés and local businesses.
Offers, discounts, and promotions are established solely by the participating business.
Métier does not guarantee:
- availability;
- redemption;
- duration of offers;
- inventory;
- acceptance of promotions.
Participating businesses may modify or discontinue offers at any time.
Users are responsible for complying with any eligibility requirements established by the participating business.
Many Users utilize the Platform for confidential business meetings and professional services.
Users are solely responsible for protecting confidential, proprietary, regulated, or privileged information while utilizing any Workspace.
Although Métier may identify locations as work-friendly or private, Métier does not warrant or represent that any Workspace satisfies legal, regulatory, or professional confidentiality requirements, including but not limited to HIPAA, attorney-client privilege, FINRA, SEC, banking regulations, or other industry-specific obligations.
Users remain solely responsible for determining whether a Workspace is appropriate for their intended use.
§ 19. MÉTIER EVENTS
Métier may facilitate registration for networking events, workshops, conferences, educational sessions, and community gatherings.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Event Hosts are independent third parties.
- Métier is not the organizer of third-party events.
- Event Hosts are responsible for venue safety, permits, compliance with applicable laws, and event operations.
- Users attend events at their own risk.
Event-specific terms, cancellation policies, and codes of conduct may supplement these Terms.
§ 20. USER CONTENT
The Platform may permit Users to upload, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available Content, including but not limited to:
- reviews;
- ratings;
- photographs;
- videos;
- comments;
- profile information;
- event descriptions;
- workspace descriptions;
- messages;
- discussion posts within Métier Commons.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in the Content you submit.
By submitting Content to the Platform, you grant Métier LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:
- host;
- store;
- reproduce;
- display;
- distribute;
- publish;
- modify solely for formatting or technical purposes;
- promote the Platform using such Content.
This license continues until the Content is removed from the Platform, except where copies have already been incorporated into backups, promotional materials, or archival systems.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own the Content or possess sufficient rights to submit it;
- the Content does not violate any law;
- the Content does not infringe any third-party rights;
- submission of the Content does not breach any contractual obligation.
§ 21. FEEDBACK
Métier welcomes suggestions, ideas, comments, recommendations, and feature requests.
By voluntarily submitting feedback, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Métier may use the feedback without restriction;
- no compensation shall be owed;
- no confidential relationship is created;
- Métier shall own any improvements derived from such feedback.
During the Beta Program, Métier welcomes suggestions, recommendations, bug reports, feature requests, comments, and enhancement ideas.
By voluntarily providing such feedback, you irrevocably assign to Métier LLC all right, title, and interest in and to such feedback, including any associated intellectual property rights, without expectation of compensation.
Métier may utilize, modify, commercialize, publish, sublicense, or otherwise exploit such feedback for any lawful purpose.
§ 22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Platform, including but not limited to:
- software;
- source code;
- object code;
- algorithms;
- databases;
- user interfaces;
- graphics;
- icons;
- logos;
- trademarks;
- photographs created by Métier;
- written materials;
- videos;
- designs;
- branding;
- workflows;
- compilations;
- documentation;
are owned by or licensed to Métier LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing contained within these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to Users.
Except as expressly permitted, Users may not:
- copy;
- reproduce;
- scrape;
- reverse engineer;
- modify;
- distribute;
- create derivative works;
- commercially exploit;
- publicly display;
- license;
- sell any portion of the Platform.
§ 23. TRADEMARKS
"Métier," "Métier Spaces," "Métier Hours," "Métier Commons," "Métier Events," associated logos, slogans, graphics, and branding are trademarks or proprietary marks of Métier LLC or its licensors.
No license is granted to use these marks without prior written consent.
§ 24. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users agree not to:
- violate any applicable law;
- interfere with Platform operations;
- upload viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code;
- harvest user information;
- create fake accounts;
- impersonate another individual or business;
- submit fraudulent reservations;
- artificially manipulate ratings or reviews;
- scrape Platform data;
- attempt unauthorized access to Platform systems;
- overload Platform infrastructure;
- interfere with payment processing;
- circumvent booking fees;
- encourage transactions outside the Platform intended to avoid applicable fees.
Métier may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement when appropriate.
Workspace Partners and Users agree not to intentionally circumvent the Platform for the purpose of avoiding applicable booking fees or commissions.
If a User is introduced to a Workspace through the Platform, neither the User nor the Workspace Partner shall intentionally complete transactions outside the Platform in order to avoid applicable service fees during the term of the business relationship established through Métier.
Métier reserves the right to suspend accounts or terminate Platform access for repeated or intentional circumvention.
§ 25. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform integrates with third-party providers including but not limited to:
- Stripe;
- Google Maps;
- Google Analytics;
- email service providers;
- social media platforms;
- calendar integrations;
- authentication providers.
Métier is not responsible for:
- third-party availability;
- security;
- privacy practices;
- accuracy;
- interruptions;
- policy changes.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
Certain Platform features may utilize automated technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, recommendation engines, or other algorithmic tools.
Recommendations, rankings, suggested Workspaces, search results, and other automated outputs are provided solely for informational and convenience purposes.
Métier does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or reliability of any automated recommendation.
§ 26. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
Métier strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Platform may be unavailable due to:
- maintenance;
- upgrades;
- security incidents;
- internet outages;
- third-party failures;
- force majeure events.
Métier may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any feature at any time without liability.
§ 27. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
MÉTIER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF:
- MERCHANTABILITY;
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
- TITLE;
- NON-INFRINGEMENT;
- SECURITY;
- AVAILABILITY;
- ACCURACY;
- RELIABILITY.
Métier does not warrant that:
- the Platform will be uninterrupted;
- defects will be corrected;
- workspaces will meet expectations;
- events will occur as scheduled;
- cafés will honor promotions;
- user-generated information is accurate.
§ 28. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MÉTIER LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES;
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
- SPECIAL DAMAGES;
- EXEMPLARY DAMAGES;
- PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
- LOST PROFITS;
- LOST REVENUE;
- LOST DATA;
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;
- REPUTATIONAL HARM;
- LOSS OF GOODWILL.
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
- USE OF THE PLATFORM;
- BOOKINGS;
- EVENTS;
- WORKSPACE CONDITIONS;
- USER CONTENT;
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES;
- PAYMENT PROCESSING;
- SECURITY INCIDENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MÉTIER'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO MÉTIER DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR
(B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
§ 29. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Users acknowledge that reserving and visiting third-party workspaces, attending events, and participating in community activities involves inherent risks.
By using the Platform, Users voluntarily assume all such risks, including risks arising from:
- travel;
- weather;
- third-party conduct;
- workplace conditions;
- internet availability;
- equipment failures;
- illness;
- accidents;
- personal property loss.
Métier does not control or supervise third-party locations and cannot guarantee their safety or suitability.
In the event of a medical emergency, fire, criminal activity, natural disaster, or other emergency occurring at a Workspace or Event, Users should immediately contact local emergency services before contacting Métier.
Métier does not provide emergency response services and is not responsible for responding to emergencies occurring at third-party locations.
Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal property while utilizing the Platform or visiting any Workspace or Event.
Métier shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings, including but not limited to:
- laptops;
- mobile devices;
- chargers;
- documents;
- bags;
- wallets;
- keys;
- personal equipment.
Any recovery of lost property shall be coordinated directly with the applicable Workspace Partner or Event Host.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Métier does not provide insurance coverage for Users, Workspace Partners, Events, personal property, equipment, or vehicles.
Users are encouraged to obtain any insurance coverage they deem appropriate.
Workspace Partners remain solely responsible for maintaining insurance appropriate for their businesses and facilities.
§ 30. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Métier LLC, its members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, Workspace Partners (where applicable), successors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:
- your use of the Platform;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your violation of another person's rights;
- damage caused to any Workspace;
- your attendance at Events;
- content you submit;
- negligent or intentional misconduct;
- fraudulent activity;
- unauthorized use of another person's account.
Métier reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate in such defense.
§ 31. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Métier may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, with or without notice, if Métier reasonably believes you have:
- violated these Terms;
- violated Community Guidelines;
- submitted fraudulent information;
- abused Workspace Partners;
- abused other Users;
- engaged in unlawful activity;
- attempted to interfere with Platform operations;
- failed to pay applicable fees;
- created risk or potential legal exposure for Métier.
Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination, including payment obligations or indemnification duties.
§ 32. FORCE MAJEURE
Métier shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters;
- severe weather;
- floods;
- fires;
- pandemics;
- epidemics;
- governmental actions;
- labor disputes;
- internet outages;
- cyberattacks;
- utility failures;
- acts of terrorism;
- war;
- civil unrest;
- transportation disruptions;
- failures of third-party providers.
Performance shall be suspended for the duration of the event.
§ 33. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
§ 34. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through informal negotiations.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days after written notice of the dispute, either party may pursue available legal remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing contained herein shall prevent either party from seeking temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive relief where appropriate.
§ 35. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications electronically, including:
- account notices;
- booking confirmations;
- receipts;
- updates;
- legal notices;
- policy changes;
- marketing communications (where permitted and subject to your preferences).
Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
§ 36. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PLATFORM
Métier continually improves its services.
Accordingly, Métier may:
- introduce new features;
- discontinue features;
- modify pricing;
- add memberships;
- launch premium services;
- change booking functionality;
- integrate artificial intelligence features;
- modify Workspace categories;
- expand internationally.
Métier may make such changes without prior notice except where required by applicable law.
§ 37. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Métier may revise these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, Métier will:
- update the Effective Date;
- post the revised Terms on the Platform; and
- where appropriate, notify Users electronically.
Continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
§ 38. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Any invalid provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
§ 39. NO WAIVER
Failure by Métier to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any right or provision.
Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Métier.
§ 40. ASSIGNMENT
Users may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Métier.
Métier may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to:
- an affiliate;
- a successor entity;
- an acquirer;
- a purchaser of substantially all assets;
- a merged entity.
These Terms shall bind and benefit each party's successors and permitted assigns.
§ 41. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional policies or agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Métier regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications relating to the subject matter.
